Sponsorship

If you are interested in becoming a sponsored organization, please contact us and we will set up an appointment to meet with you.

Event Procedure:


Before your Event:

  1. We need your Graphic/Logo (asap - email to office.anniesartattic@gmail.com)

  2. Your Display – (example - Felt Board with pin ups) or Brochures, Business cards with holders (2 days before your event)

  3. Raffle items, at least 5 baskets / large items, (men, women, children, pets, home, yard, kitchen, hobby, food, holiday, special event, recreation, or gift certificates)

  4. Flyers for each of your events: Car Wash, Yard or Bake Sale, info booths.

 

During your event:

  1. Sandwich board

  2. Banner with your logo

  3. Event Parking signs for staff and volunteers

  4. Canopy

​

We provide:

  1. Table for inside

  2. Water to wash site and hose

 

Your Raffle Gifts / Baskets need:

  1. Raffle drawing is always the last day of the month at 3pm

  2. Labels including description.

  3. Total Value

  4. Business Info (business, organization).
